About the Role

About the school

This dynamic all-through school in Barking is driven by a powerful mission: to ensure that every child—regardless of background—has the opportunity to succeed at the highest level. Since opening in 2014, the school has cultivated a culture of excellence, resilience, and collaboration, where staff work tirelessly to transform pupils' life chances.

Here, teaching is seen as a craft—one that demands constant reflection, creativity, and a deep commitment to professional growth. The staff team is united by a shared belief that education can break the link between poverty and achievement, and this belief fuels their relentless ambition for every student.

Working in this school means becoming part of a team that values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. It’s a fast-paced, inspiring place where every day offers the chance to make a genuine impact—and where no two days are ever the same.
