About Grad2Teach

Grad2Teach provides a salaried, school-based route into teaching. You’ll work full-time in a real classroom environment from the start, with tailored support from experienced educators. Our structured training programme leads to QTS and PGCE, giving you the qualifications and confidence you need to succeed in the profession.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Teaching Mathematics to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (and potentially KS5).

  • Creating engaging lessons that promote problem-solving, logical thinking, and mathematical fluency.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

  • A UK undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Physics).

  • GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

  • A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • A desire to train as a teacher and gain QTS and PGCE.
