The Role & Training
As a Graduate Trainee Sociology Teacher, you will:

Train through the Grad2Teach salaried ITT programme

Work towards a PGCE with QTS from Coventry University

Earn a salary while teaching Sociology at KS4 and KS5

Receive mentoring and coaching from experienced staff

Follow structured training mapped against the Core Content Framework
Candidate Requirements
To apply, you must have:

A degree (Sociology, Criminology, or related subject advantageous)

GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility during Phase 1 if required)

Some prior teaching or classroom experience
