What the role involves:

Teaching English across Key Stages, helping pupils to develop critical thinking, communication skills, and a love of reading.

Working closely with experienced teachers and mentors who will guide your development.

Taking part in school life, including enrichment opportunities such as drama, debating, or creative writing clubs.

Progressing through Grad2Teach’s two-phase salaried training programme, leading to PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University.
What we’re looking for:

A graduate with a degree (2:2 or above) – English, Humanities, or related subjects preferred.

GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
