Train as a Cover Supervisor

Are you looking to gain classroom experience while training towards a teaching career? This salaried Phase One opportunity allows you to work as a Cover Supervisor, building confidence in behaviour management, lesson delivery, and supporting pupils across the curriculum.

As part of the Grad2Teach Initial Teacher Training programme, you’ll gain valuable in-school experience while completing a Level 4 NCFE qualification in Education and Training, giving you the tools and knowledge to progress to full teacher training in Phase Two.
