What to Expect

Begin your journey in Phase One, gaining hands-on experience with mentor support before taking on a full timetable.

Progress to Phase Two, teaching independently for up to 18 hours per week.

Receive personalised mentor guidance aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF).

Develop your skills in behaviour management, pedagogy, and curriculum planning.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in a related field (Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, or similar).
