About the Role & Grad2Teach Programme
Through the Grad2Teach programme, you will join a two-phase salaried teacher training route:

Phase 1: Classroom immersion with gradual responsibility, working alongside experienced educators while earning a salary

Phase 2: Gain your PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for KS5 depending on experience and subject specialism).
Candidate Requirements

You must hold a bachelor’s degree

A strong interest in Science education and a desire to make a difference

GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)

Enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to becoming a skilled classroom practitioner
