The Role & Training

As a Graduate Trainee Primary Teacher, you’ll join the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme, which includes:

• A two-phase programme leading to a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

  Candidate Requirements

  To be eligible for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any subject

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility during Phase 1)
