The Role & Training

As a Graduate Trainee Performing Arts Teacher, you will:

• Train through the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme

• Gain a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University upon completion of the two-phase programme

  Candidate Requirements

  To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any subject (Performing Arts, Drama, Dance, Music or related fields advantageous)

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility during Phase 1)

  • A genuine passion for performing arts and education

  • Resilience, commitment, and enthusiasm for inspiring young people
