The Role & Training
As a Graduate Trainee Arts Teacher, you will:

Train through the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme

Work towards a PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University upon completing the two-phase programme

Earn a salary while training, giving financial stability as you qualify

Receive personalised mentoring and continuous support from experienced teaching staff

Follow a blended training model based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
Candidate Requirements
To apply, you must have:

A degree (Arts-related degree advantageous but not essential)

GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility during Phase 1)
