Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

Gain a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Receive a salary while you train in the classroom

Be supported by an experienced subject mentor and a collaborative school team

Follow a blended training programme designed around the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
From your first day, you’ll play an active role in the Science department—supporting lessons, leading activities, planning and delivering lessons, and assessing progress.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for aspiring Science teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Science or a related field

Have GCSEs in English and Maths (flexibility possible during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and enthusiastic about working with young people
