The Role:

Support the delivery of engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Encourage curiosity, practical investigation, and critical thinking in students

Receive guidance and mentoring from experienced teaching staff

Develop your teaching skills while following a structured pathway to QTS and PGCE
Requirements:

A degree in a science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or similar)

GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics

A passion for science and inspiring young learners

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

A commitment to completing a school-based training route leading to QTS and PGCE
