A welcoming and supportive primary school in North London is looking for a motivated aspiring teacher to join their team as a Phase One Trainee Teacher through the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme.
In this graduate-level primary support role, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences, gain hands-on classroom exposure, and begin your journey toward qualified teacher status. While developing your confidence in supporting lessons, small groups, and individual learners, you will also be working toward your Level 4 NCFE customised qualification, delivered as part of Grad2Teach’s structured Phase One training.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about primary education, eager to learn, and seeking a clear pathway into the teaching profession via salaried teacher training.

Training & Progression
During Phase One, you will complete:

A Level 4 NCFE customised qualification aligned with key elements of the Teaching Standards and the Core Content Framework (CCF)

Structured training delivered outside of contact time

In-school observations, professional learning journals, and tripartite mentor meetings

Development of classroom practice without the pressure of a full timetable
Upon successful completion, you can progress into Phase Two, where you will:

Begin independent teaching

Follow a recognised ITT pathway (PGCE, Apprenticeship, or Assessment-Only) with Grad2Teach support

Work toward achieving QTS with Coventry University (PGCE route)
