Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to become an outstanding teacher:

Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for aspiring primary teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility during Phase 1)
