Role & Training

Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to become an outstanding teacher:

• Earn a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for aspiring primary teachers who:

• Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

• Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility during Phase 1)

• Are committed, resilient, and eager to learn

• Share the school’s values of respect, inclusivity, and excellence in education
