The Role & Your Training
As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll follow a two-phase salaried Initial Teacher Training route designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to become a successful classroom practitioner.
Your training includes:

A PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University

A salaried placement—train while earning

Tailored support from experienced in-school mentors and Grad2Teach tutors

A blended training model aligned with the Core Content Framework and Teachers’ Standards

Hands-on classroom experience in a supportive and forward-thinking setting

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Ideally have GCSEs in English, maths, and science (some flexibility may apply during Phase 1)
