Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

Achieve a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Receive a salary while training in the classroom

Benefit from the support of experienced mentors and a collaborative staff team

Follow a blended training pathway based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
You will begin by supporting lessons and small group work, before progressing to planning and delivering your own lessons, assessing pupil progress, and contributing to wider school life.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking aspiring primary teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)
