About the Role and Training
This role is part of Grad2Teach’s two-phase salaried teacher training programme, designed to support your transition into the profession:

Phase 1: Gain valuable classroom experience while earning a salary and completing a Level 4 qualification.

Phase 2: Progress to a fully funded PGCE with QTS through Coventry University.

Training is aligned to the Teaching Standards and Initial Teacher Training Core Content Framework.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a degree in any subject.

Have a strong desire to teach and make a difference.

Show resilience, commitment, and enthusiasm for learning.

GCSE English, Maths, and Science are desirable, though flexibility may be available for Phase 1 candidates.
