The Role & Your Training
Through the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll follow a two-phase salaried Initial Teacher Training route, equipping you with the tools and confidence to thrive in the classroom.
Your training includes:

A PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University

A salaried, school-based placement in a supportive primary setting

Ongoing mentoring from experienced educators and Grad2Teach support staff

A blended training model aligned with the Teachers’ Standards and Core Content Framework

Practical, experience-led learning at the heart of your development
Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic graduates with a genuine commitment to working with children and developing as a teacher.
To be eligible, you must:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Ideally have GCSEs in English, maths, and science (some flexibility may apply in Phase 1)
