About the role & Grad2Teach Programme

Through the Grad2Teach Initial Teacher Training programme, you’ll enter the classroom from day one, gradually building your skills and confidence while working toward a PGCE with QTS, awarded by Coventry University.

What’s included:

  • Phase 1: Focused on observation, co-teaching, and skill development without a full timetable

  • Phase 2: Solo teaching up to 18 hours a week while completing academic assignments

  • Blended training rooted in the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

  • Dedicated mentorship, feedback, and ongoing support

  • No tuition fees – earn a salary while you train

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a confident and capable educator within a school that values teamwork, professional development, and reflective practice.
