Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

Achieve a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Earn a salary while training in the classroom

Receive guidance from experienced mentors and support from a dedicated school team

Follow a blended programme based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
You’ll begin by supporting lessons and working with small groups, before progressing to planning, delivering, and assessing your own engaging lessons as your confidence grows.
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for aspiring primary teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and passionate about primary education
