About the Grad2Teach Programme
Our salaried Initial Teacher Training route is a two-phase programme designed to support aspiring teachers from classroom experience to full teaching responsibility.

Phase 1 (1–3 terms): Gain classroom experience without a full teaching timetable. You’ll receive weekly training aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework, all while earning a salary.

Phase 2 (3 terms): Transition into a teaching timetable (up to 18 hours/week) and complete your PGCE with Coventry University, leading to QTS.
