Trainee Primary Teacher

In this graduate teaching role, you will gain hands-on classroom experience while working as a Class Teacher. You will support and teach pupils across Key Stage 1 predominantly, develop core teaching skills, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

Through Grad2Teach, you will complete your Level 4 qualification during Phase One, followed by structured progression into Phase Two, where you will work towards your PGCE with QTS through Coventry University. This salaried teacher training route offers a clear pathway into becoming a fully qualified primary teacher.
