Role & Training

As part of the Grad2Teach salaried Initial Teacher Training programme, you’ll benefit from our carefully structured two-phase model:

• Phase 1: Begin working in the classroom, gaining valuable experience and building practical teaching skills.

• Phase 2: Work towards your PGCE with QTS, delivered by Coventry University, while continuing your school-based placement.

 Candidate Requirements

We are looking for aspiring teachers who are:

• Graduates in any subject (a degree is essential).

• Ideally holding GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility may be possible in Phase 1).

• Motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic about working with primary-aged children.

• Passionate about education and committed to becoming a fully qualified teacher.
