Role & Training
As part of the Grad2Teach salaried Initial Teacher Training programme, you’ll benefit from our carefully structured two-phase model:

Phase 1: Begin working in the classroom, gaining valuable experience and building practical teaching skills.

Phase 2: Work towards your PGCE with QTS, delivered by Coventry University, while continuing your school-based placement.

Follow a blended training pathway aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for aspiring teachers who are:

Graduates in any subject (a degree is essential).

Ideally holding GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (some flexibility may be possible in Phase 1).

Motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic about working with primary-aged children.

Passionate about education and committed to becoming a fully qualified teacher.
