The Role & Training
As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you will work as a Graduate Trainee within the school, developing your classroom experience while working towards your teaching qualification.

Candidate Requirements
To be eligible, you must:

Hold an undergraduate degree

Be committed, resilient, and passionate about working with children

Be enthusiastic to learn and grow professionally

Have GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science (flexibility during Phase 1 may be possible)
