The Role & Training

As a Graduate Trainee PE Teacher, you’ll join the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme, which includes:

  • Bespoke mentoring and support from experienced teachers

    Candidate Requirements

    To be eligible for this role, you will need:

    • A degree (subject flexible, but a sports-related degree is advantageous)

    • GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility during Phase 1)

    • A strong commitment to teaching, with resilience and a genuine passion for PE

    • The drive to inspire young people and encourage achievement both on and off the field
