About the Role and Grad2Teach Training Programme

As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll be placed in a salaried position at a supportive partner school while completing your Initial Teacher Training. Our programme includes:

• A two-phase salaried route to QTS

• A PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University

• Weekly in-school mentoring and academic support

• Flexible start dates to fit with the school calendar

• A blended curriculum based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree (ideally with a strong Maths element)

• A commitment to a career in teaching

• A resilient, reflective, and positive mindset

• GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility may apply during Phase 1)
