Role & Training

Through the Grad2Teach two-phase salaried programme, you will:

• Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

• Earn a salary while training in the classroom

• Benefit from a blend of practical experience and academic study based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

• Receive one-to-one mentoring and structured feedback from experienced educators

• Progress from a gradual, supportive introduction to teaching in Phase 1 to taking full responsibility for classes in Phase 2

  Candidate Requirements

  • A degree in any subject (ideally with strong mathematical skills)

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (flexible in Phase 1)

  • A genuine passion for education and commitment to becoming a qualified teacher

  • Resilience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
