Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase salaried programme, you will:

Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

Earn a salary while training in the classroom

Benefit from a blend of practical experience and academic study based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Receive one-to-one mentoring and structured feedback from experienced educators

Progress from a gradual, supportive introduction to teaching in Phase 1 to taking full responsibility for classes in Phase 2
Candidate Requirements

A degree in any subject (ideally with strong mathematical skills)

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (flexible in Phase 1)

A genuine passion for education and commitment to becoming a qualified teacher
