Role & Training
This salaried role is delivered through the Grad2Teach Initial Teacher Training programme, structured to fully prepare you for a career in education through our two-phase model:

Phase 1: Gain practical classroom experience and develop foundational teaching skills.

Phase 2: Study for your PGCE with QTS through our university partner, Coventry University.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for future educators who are:

Graduates in Mathematics or a closely related subject.

Ideally holding GCSEs in English and Maths (flexibility may be considered during Phase 1).

Resilient, reflective, and motivated, with a genuine desire to pursue a career in teaching.
