About the Role and Training
This opportunity is part of Grad2Teach’s salaried teacher training programme—a unique two-phase pathway into the profession:

Phase 1: A salaried school-based placement while you build classroom experience and gain a Level 4 qualification.

Phase 2: Progress onto a fully-funded PGCE with QTS, delivered in partnership with Coventry University.

Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced teachers.

Training aligned with the Teaching Standards and Initial Teacher Training Core Content Framework.
Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for individuals who are:

Educated to degree level (Maths or related field preferred).

Passionate about education, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.

GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable; however, flexibility is available for suitable candidates during Phase 1.
