About Grad2Teach
Grad2Teach provides a salaried, school-based teacher training programme. You’ll gain immediate classroom experience while being supported by experienced mentors, all while following a structured training route that leads to QTS and a PGCE. This programme is designed to help you grow into a confident, skilled educator ready to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching Humanities subjects (such as History, Geography, or Religious Education) across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive, and thought-provoking lessons.

Helping pupils explore the past, understand different cultures, and think critically about the world around them.

Working closely with school staff and mentors to develop your teaching practice.

Contributing to a positive school environment and wider school life.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role and the Grad2Teach programme, you must have:

A UK undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (e.g. History, Geography, Theology, Politics, or related humanities field).

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in both English and Mathematics.

A strong interest in education and the humanities.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with young people.

A commitment to completing your training and becoming a fully qualified teacher.
