Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase salaried programme, you will:

Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

Earn a salary while training in a real classroom environment

Follow a blended approach combining practical teaching experience with academic study, underpinned by the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Receive personalised mentoring and professional development support from experienced educators

Progress from a structured and supported teaching introduction in Phase 1 to full classroom responsibility in Phase 2
Candidate Requirements

A degree in any subject (a background in English, Literature, or related fields is advantageous)

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (flexible entry requirements in Phase 1)
