Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach two-phase programme, you will:

Gain a PGCE with QTS through Coventry University

Earn a salary while training in the classroom

Be supported by a dedicated subject mentor and a collaborative teaching team

Follow a blended programme based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated aspiring English teachers who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) — ideally in English or a related subject

Have GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility possible during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and enthusiastic about teaching
