About the Role
You will join a supportive and high-performing secondary school in Essex, working within a successful English department to support the delivery of engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will begin by assisting experienced teachers and gradually progress to planning and delivering your own lessons.

Training & Progression
