You will join a supportive and high-performing secondary school in  Essex, working within a successful English department to support the delivery of engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. As a Phase One Trainee Teacher, you will begin by assisting experienced teachers and gradually progress to planning and delivering your own lessons.

This graduate teaching role is part of the Grad2Teach salaried teacher training programme, enabling you to earn while you train and build confidence in the classroom.
