The Role & Training
As a Graduate Trainee Drama Teacher, you will:

Train through the Grad2Teach salaried initial teacher training programme

Work towards a PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University on completion of the two-phase programme

Earn a salary while training, giving financial stability as you qualify

Receive personalised mentoring and ongoing support from experienced colleagues

Follow a blended training model based on the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework
Candidate Requirements
To apply, you must have:

A degree (Drama, Theatre Studies, or related subject advantageous but not essential)

GCSEs in English and Maths (with flexibility to complete during Phase 1 if required)

Prior classroom teaching experience, ideally including lesson planning and delivery

A passion for performance, creativity, and engaging young people in the Arts
