About the Role & Grad2Teach Training Programme

As part of the Grad2Teach programme, you’ll receive a salaried placement while training to teach Computer Science, with:

  • A PGCE with QTS awarded by Coventry University

  • A blended training model built around the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

  • Two structured phases:

    • Phase 1: Develop your practice and confidence with training and mentoring, without full teaching responsibilities

    • Phase 2: Teach independently for up to 18 hours per week while completing your PGCE

  • In-school mentoring, classroom experience, and ongoing professional development

  • The chance to build your career in a truly supportive and aspirational school setting
