As a Grad2Teach trainee, you will support and deliver high-quality Business Studies teaching to KS3 and KS4 students, helping them explore topics such as marketing, finance, enterprise, HR and operations. You’ll also contribute to the department’s wider enrichment offer, including enterprise clubs and business competitions.

Training & Progression with Grad2Teach
This role follows Grad2Teach’s fully salaried two-phase training model, beginning at Phase Two:
Phase Two – PGCE & QTS (Coventry University)
As a Phase 2 trainee you will:

Take on independent teaching responsibility (up to 18 hours per week)

Complete your PGCE with QTS through Coventry University (NITE)

Receive ongoing mentoring and developmental feedback

Work towards fully meeting the Teachers’ Standards

Build subject-specific pedagogy and classroom management skills
This structured training pathway ensures you gain the confidence, experience and accreditation needed to begin your career as a fully qualified Business Studies teacher.
