About Profile
Dishal holds a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology, a Higher Diploma in Biotechnology, and an MSc in Conservation Biology. His academic background has given him a strong grounding in scientific principles, particularly in biology, chemistry, and physics. Over the past two years, he has worked as a Cover Supervisor at Arnold Hill Spencer Academy, delivering pre-planned lessons and providing long-term cover in Science and Maths across KS3 and KS4.
He demonstrates an ability to adapt his teaching to meet diverse learner needs and maintains positive relationships with students through calm communication and consistent expectations.
