About Profile
About Rosy
Rosy is training to teach computer science after a 15-year career in the IT sector, where she held roles including Programmer Analyst and IT Support Coordinator. Since relocating to the UK in 2023, she has worked as a Teaching Assistant in London, developing practical classroom skills and supporting students with behaviour, engagement, and academic development.
She brings subject expertise, professional discipline, and a clear passion for making computing accessible. Rosy is particularly motivated to teach problem-solving and coding in ways that connect with students of all abilities. She presents well, responds openly to feedback, and has shown determination to adapt to the UK system.
Although she sometimes struggles to define areas for development, she has begun to reflect on her teaching approaches and recognises the need to simplify key topics for student understanding. With support, she could grow quickly into a confident, consistent classroom presence.
