ABOUT THE ROLE
Teaching is a satisfying career where you know that you'll make a difference to many lives. Through interacting with students and community members from a range of different backgrounds, you’ll develop personally as well as professionally and flourish in an environment where no day is the same. If this appeals to you then keep reading! One of our inspiring partnered schools in East London is currently recruiting for a trainee teacher to start immediately. This is a full-time salaried teacher training role for graduates with preferably some classroom experience and the unique opportunity to earn while you train to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). In the first year, you will work to complete Phase One of our Salaried Teacher Training Programme. This will increase your career prospects as you can gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of a teacher, develop your skills and prepare for Phase 2 of your training where you will earn while you work full-time to complete your Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). This Primary School is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted and the leadership team places a strong focus on building on this rating in the future. Every child is encouraged to achieve the highest standards possible, in an atmosphere where all success, great or small, is properly celebrated. Every child should learn to understand people with different needs, circumstances and beliefs in order to enable them to develop morally, culturally and spiritually, giving them the confidence to grow in responsibility and independence and equipping them for the journey of lifelong learning.
