Phase Two

  • Take on your own full timetable (up to 18 hours per week)

  • Continue academic study and refine your practice

  • Finish the programme as a fully qualified teacher, ready for the next step in your career

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in English or a related subject (minimum 2:2 preferred)

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or willingness to complete them during training)

  • A genuine passion for education and subject knowledge

  • Dedication, resilience, and a desire to make a positive impact

  • Willingness to commit to a rigorous but rewarding training journey

What’s in it for You?

  • A salaried training placement at a well-supported secondary school
