About the Role & Grad2Teach Training Programme
Through the Grad2Teach salaried Initial Teacher Training programme, you will:

Earn a salary while training in a real classroom environment

Follow a two-phase structure:

Phase 1: Develop foundational teaching skills with structured training and observation opportunities

Phase 2: Take on independent teaching responsibilities (up to 18 hours per week) as you complete your PGCE

Be awarded a PGCE with QTS by Coventry University

Receive high-quality mentoring and support from experienced teaching staff

Take part in blended learning aligned with the Teaching Standards and Core Content Framework

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for passionate individuals who:

Hold a UK undergraduate degree (ideally in Mathematics or a related subject)

Have (or are working towards) GCSEs in English and Maths (support available during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and reflective

Are eager to make a difference and develop within a structured and supportive environment

Are seeking a salaried route into teacher training and Qualified Teacher Status
