Blessing is a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to positively impact lives through teaching. They eagerly anticipate embarking on a course leading to qualified teacher status. For Blessing, teaching is not just a profession; it is a profound passion in action. She understands that an effective teacher must possess essential qualities, including patience, empathy, effective communication, resilience, and adaptability. Her choice to specialise in teaching sciences at the secondary school level aligns perfectly with her educational background and prior experiences. From excelling in subjects like Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, Economics, Mathematics, and English during their secondary school years to her university studies in Human Anatomy, Blessing's educational journey has been deeply immersed in the sciences. Two master's degrees, one in Public Health (Health Promotion Specialist) from Babcock University and the other in Leadership in Health and Social Care from the University of Derby, have further solidified her expertise in the health sciences. These academic accomplishments provide the theoretical foundation required to achieve her ultimate career goal—positively impacting lives. Blessing's commitment to teaching and her diverse educational and experiential background position her as a promising and dedicated future educator, ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of her students.

Stephen commenced his Cyber Security degree in 2018, later realising a passion for teaching following summer breaks with his children. Despite the pandemic disrupting his studies, he pursued a teaching career, joining EAST SCITT for training post-graduation. Battling Bicuspid Heart Valve disease, surgery complications, and a subsequent stroke, Stephen's resilience remains unwavering. He acknowledges the necessity of prioritising recovery over haste, learning from past mistakes. His devotion to computing, education, and history drives him forward, inspiring him to make the subject accessible and engaging for students through relatable scenarios and real-world examples, leaving a lasting positive impact on their learning journey.

Alfiyat fervently believes in the transformative power of education, advocating for equal opportunities. Her passion lies in shaping young minds as a teacher, viewing educators as champions who provide crucial support and guidance. She aspires to teach mathematics, recognising it as a universal language fostering confidence and growth. Alfiyat's dedication stems from firsthand experiences, where effective teaching bridged linguistic barriers and empowered students. She has witnessed the impact of well-planned lessons and differentiated learning, fostering inclusivity and academic success. With a solid background in mathematics education and a master's degree in education studies, Alfiyat is equipped to excel as a secondary-level teacher. With six years of experience as a teaching assistant and a bachelor's degree in Children’s Care Learning and Development, she feels equipped to embark on her teaching journey. Megan excels in building rapport with children and possesses essential skills such as patience and adaptability. She has experience teaching small groups and whole classes, demonstrating proficiency in various subjects. Committed to her professional development, Megan is eager to make a difference in children's lives as a teacher. Her next step is to apply for teacher training, driven by her desire to instill a love for learning in future generations.

Jack had always harboured the notion of becoming a teacher ever since his days in secondary school. Recently, he had the opportunity to witness firsthand the challenges, rewards, and joy that came with the profession. Teaching stood out as an attractive option for Jack. Not only was it a sociable career, but it also offered the chance to make a significant positive impact on people's lives and contribute to their personal development. Moreover, Jack sought a career with clear and achievable progression paths. He believed that teaching provided ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, whether through advancement to roles like head of departments or head of years, or through involvement in various extracurricular activities offered by schools.

Arzira, a seasoned teaching assistant, acknowledges teachers' vital role in shaping children's lives. With eight years of experience, she's adept at supporting diverse learning needs. Teaching Sociology to GCSE students showcased her classroom management skills. Arzira's goal is to foster each child's success, leveraging her dedication and enthusiasm. Despite challenges, she strives to make learning engaging. Her academic background in Psychology and Sociology enriches her understanding of children's development. Skilled in effective communication and patient support, Arzira is poised for a rewarding career in primary education, driven by her passion for empowering every child's journey towards success.

With a passion for teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, Moulla aspires to guide students in shaping their identities and realising their potential. Aware of the demands and rewards of the teaching profession, she emphasised the importance of creating a safe and inclusive learning environment. Her personal qualities include strong communication skills, adaptability, and a deep dedication to helping students reach their fullest potential. Eager to contribute beyond the classroom, she envisions involvement in extracurricular activities to foster a holistic educational experience. Having worked with children in various settings, she values patience and adaptability in meeting unique needs. Supported by a degree in Media and Communication and Psychology, she brings a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience to her teaching approach. With a commitment to lifelong learning and an eagerness to inspire, she envisions herself as a dedicated contributor to the field of education, aiming to create positive and inclusive spaces for student growth and achievement.

Passionate and caring, Orli's experience in SEN has equipped her with a range of skills that she will be able to use in both mainstream and SEND settings. Orli confidently answered a wide range of questions on the curriculum, behaviour management and inclusive practices. She is dedicated to becoming the best teacher she can and is open to training in either mainstream or SEND. She is hardworking, experienced and would need a term or two on phase 1 in a support role before moving into a teaching position
