Start Your Journey to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Grad2Teach

At Grad2Teach, we believe that talent and potential are just as important as experience. Our mission is to help High-Potential Graduates and career changers find a route into teaching that works for them — supported, structured, and fully salaried from day one.

Through our unique two-phase programme, you’ll gain hands-on classroom experience, tailored professional development, and a clear pathway to your QTS qualification — while earning a salary and building confidence along the way.

We offer three flexible routes to QTS, depending on your needs and background:

  • PGCE with QTS: A university-led qualification combined with salaried school-based training.
  • Teaching Apprenticeship: A salaried training route fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy.
  • Assessment Only Route (AOR): For experienced staff ready to evidence their teaching competency and gain QTS quickly.

With a 100% pass rate for our trainees completing their PGCEs through our university partners, we know how to help you succeed.
