About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide tailored 1:1 academic and emotional support to a Year 3 pupil

Work closely with teachers and external specialists to adapt resources and learning approaches

Encourage positive behaviours and help the pupil build independence and confidence

Create a safe, encouraging environment that supports social and emotional wellbeing

Play an active part in the wider school community and its caring ethos
