About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant / Pupil Support Worker, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support across a broad and balanced curriculum

Help deliver tailored behaviour and learning strategies

Build trusting, positive relationships that support social, emotional and behavioural wellbeing
-
Prepare and organise resources and materials
-
Occasionally support transport arrangements for pupils after school or during visits

Be an active, valued member of a committed pastoral and academic team
Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:

Compassionate, patient, and supportive of young people with additional needs

A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills

Able to work calmly and consistently within a structured behaviour framework

Flexible and proactive in a team setting

Ideally holds Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths
