About the Role
We are looking for a motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future Spanish teacher with a passion for languages and education.
You will:

Hold (or be working toward) a degree in Spanish or a closely related subject

Be enthusiastic about inspiring young people to learn languages

Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn on the job

Enjoy working in a diverse secondary school environment

Be committed to developing your skills through a structured teacher training programme
Previous experience in schools, tutoring, or language-related roles is helpful but not essential.
Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress into independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, enabling you to qualify as a teacher
This clear progression pathway supports your journey from trainee teacher to fully qualified Spanish educator.
