Trainee Spanish Teacher

We are looking for a motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future Spanish teacher with a passion for languages and education.

You will:

• Hold (or be working toward) a degree in Spanish or a closely related subject

• Be enthusiastic about inspiring young people to learn languages

• Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn on the job

• Enjoy working in a diverse secondary school environment

• Be committed to developing your skills through a structured teacher training programme

Previous experience in schools, tutoring, or language-related roles is helpful but not essential.

Training & Progression

• You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

• Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

• You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

• Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress into independent teaching

• Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, enabling you to qualify as a teacher
