About the Role
We are looking for a caring and motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future primary teacher who is enthusiastic about working with young children.
You will:

Hold (or be working towards) a degree in any subject

Have a genuine passion for early years and Key Stage 1 teaching

Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn

Enjoy supporting children at an important stage of their education

Be committed to developing your practice through a structured teacher training programme
Previous experience working with children (e.g. nurseries, schools, tutoring, childcare, or youth work) is beneficial but not essential.
Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you progress into independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, supporting you to become a fully qualified primary teacher
This clear pathway supports your journey from trainee teacher to qualified KS1 educator.
