About the Role
We are looking for a motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future Science teacher who is passionate about education and keen to inspire young people.
You will:

Hold (or be working towards) a degree in Science or a closely related subject

Have a strong interest in becoming a qualified secondary Science teacher

Be reliable, reflective, and eager to learn on the job

Enjoy working with young people in a secondary school environment

Be committed to developing your skills through a structured teacher training programme
Previous experience in schools, tutoring, or youth work is beneficial but not essential.
Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working towards a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive ongoing mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you move into independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, supporting you to qualify as a teacher
This clear pathway supports you from trainee teacher to fully qualified professional.
