About the Role
About You
We are seeking a motivated aspiring teacher, trainee educator, or future Mathematics teacher with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for education.
You will:

Hold (or be working toward) a degree in Mathematics or a related discipline

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Be reliable, reflective, and eager to develop professionally

Enjoy inspiring secondary-aged pupils to achieve in Maths
-
Be committed to completing a structured teacher training programme
Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring, or working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
Training & Progression

Completion of Phase One, achieving a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

Structured mentoring, lesson observations, and continuous professional development

Progression to Phase Two, where you begin independent teaching

Opportunity to complete a PGCE with Coventry University, leading to QTS
