The Role & Training
Through the Grad2Teach salaried training programme, you will:

Join a two-phase training route, earning a salary from Day 1

Work towards a PGCE with QTS in partnership with Coventry University

Follow a structured programme aligned with the Teaching Standards and the Core Content Framework

Gain hands-on classroom experience delivering Key Stage 3 and 4 science lessons, fostering scientific enquiry, practical investigations, and inclusive learning environments
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a UK bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in a scientific or related subject

Have GCSEs in English and Maths (some flexibility is available during Phase 1)

Are committed, resilient, and passionate about inspiring diverse learners through science
